IS INVISALIGN FOR ME?

Invisalign are virtually invisible aligners made of a thermoplastic material, uniquely developed to be used in a series of custom-fitted aligners that will straighten teeth. This discrete technology has been scientifically proven to be as effective as traditional braces while delivering comfort and flexibility to patients.

Customised - Invisalign aligners are engineered and custom made to fit over your natural teeth. These aligners use the right amount of force necessary to allow teeth to shift into an aesthetic position.

Removability - There is no need to implement changes in your lifestyle, given that Invisalign aligners can be removed and put back on whenever you feel like eating or having a drink. It is that easy!

Efficacy - Medically proven to be effective in orthodontic practices worldwide

Comfort - Avoid pain and irritation often caused by wires from traditional braces

HOW DOES INVISALIGN WORK?

Invisalign® is a breakthrough technology that works on the same principles as metal braces without the need of intrusive and unattractive brackets and wires.

It begins by obtaining a digital scan of your teeth that will allow us to create a digital model with the use of a 3D computer imaging technology. Each aligner is designed and generated based on the digital treatment plan mapped out by your dentist. You will get a set of clear custom fitted aligners that will gradually shift your teeth until these have been fully realigned.

HOW MUCH DOES INVISALIGN COST?

At Better Smile, the cost of Invisalign treatment is much more affordable than traditional braces. Each treatment is custom fitted for each patient, therefore the price can change depending on the current and desired configuration of your teeth.

An Invisalign treatment can start as low as $46 per week. We guarantee the best prices in Sydney!

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

A series of 12 to 30 set of Invisalign aligners are typically required during a period of 3 to 7 months to complete the treatment. In some mild cases, an Invisalign i7 treatment can be completed in only 4 months.

Each aligner should be worn between 20-22 hours per day to maximise effectiveness. It will only be required to visit the dentist every 6 to 8 weeks throughout the treatment, rather than every 3-4 weeks with traditional metal braces.

If your goal is to speed up the process, we can do so by using a new appliance called AcceleDent that can minimise the treatment time by half!

Please ask your dentist for further information on AcceleDent.
